Why do you work at Stems Brooklyn?: I started Stems Brooklyn in 2013 so for me flowers are my main passion but collaborating with these incredible women has become a new passion of mine!

What you do in your parallel universe: I do some photo assisting at Sesame Street, enjoy traveling, scuba diving and being a kick ass aunt to my nephew.

Why do you work at Stems Brooklyn?:  Every day is new and exciting and allows me the chance to reinvent, take stock, try out wild ideas, and be a part of a badass group of ladies who are infectiously passionate about the work we do.

What you do in your parallel universe: I am an actor and puppeteer with Trusty Sidekick Theatre Company, which creates bold and sophisticated work for young audiences and their families.

What you do in your parallel universe: drink tea and paint with my grandmother in a garden of psychedelic purple flowers by day and drive my space mobile across the constellations by night to hang with my friends while the Alien version of Fleetwood Mac serenades us with dreamy tunes.

Why do you work at Stems Brooklyn?: Proximity to a bar ;) That, and I am lucky enough to spend the day making little sculptures out of flowers that travel down the street or across the city to make someone's day a little brighter.
